What are the company's working hours?
Our standard working hours are from 8 AM to 4 PM CET. However, we understand that urgent issues can arise at any time, which is why we also offer 24/7 emergency support contracts. This ensures that, even outside our regular hours, you have access to immediate assistance when you need it most.
How does your billing model work?
We bill in 15-minute increments, meaning you are charged for each begun quarter-hour of service. This ensures that you only pay for the time you actually use.
Do you offer discounts?
We provide discounts on our services for clients who choose a remote contract. This contract is binding and requires a minimum number of work hours. By committing to a set amount of hours, you not only secure a lower rate but also ensure consistent support from our team.
What is your cancellation policy for remote contracts?
Our cancellation policy for remote contracts allows you to terminate your agreement at any time. However, if you cancel after the next payment cycle has started, you will be billed for the entire period. Once that payment is processed, your remote contract will remain active until the end of the billing cycle, after which it will be fully terminated.
